Counseling Worksheets for Wellness

One of the best things about counseling and coaching is the ability to spark greater insight into our feelings, emotions and behaviors.  Much of the process of insight (self-insight) occurs outside of the counseling office and in the “real world” so to speak.

Because 2nd Story Counseling encourages personal wellness using a strength-based approach, we are making available several counseling worksheets that you may wish to use for your personal knowledge.

As a form of psycho-education, counseling worksheets provide you the opportunity to put your hands on concrete tools that are designed to promote wellness. Of course, the use of worksheets is not a replacement for therapy and should be considered for use as part of a larger, wider strategy to work through different life challenges.

What follows are six counseling worksheets for you to consider as part of your approach to wellness. Information and links appear next to each sheet to help build upon the theme of wellness activity
