"Growth isn't just possible, it's already in you."

I believe every person already carries the strength to grow. Often what’s missing isn’t the capacity — it’s the right support and the space to use it. That’s the work we do together.

My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I’m not here to hand you a label or move through a checklist — I want to actually get to know you, your story, and what you’re capable of. We work as a real team, setting goals that reflect your life and the challenges in front of you.

Feeling anxious or depressed can make it easy to believe that simply “managing” is the best you can hope for. I don’t see it that way. Therapy can be about more than keeping your head above water — it’s about building a life that feels genuinely worth showing up for.

I take a strengths-based approach that builds on what already makes you resilient, while staying flexible enough to focus on what genuinely works for you. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and draw from a range of other evidence-based methods depending on what fits you best. Most importantly, you’ll never feel like just another appointment on the calendar — I care deeply about the people I work with, and that shows up in every session.

I am a Licensed Social Worker and hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in Behavioral Health from Indiana University, along with an academic background in psychology. If you’re ready to begin — or continue — your mental health journey, I’d be glad to hear from you. Reaching out is the hardest part, and if you’re reading this, you’re already closer than you think.
