About the Role
We’re seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist who is genuinely passionate about helping clients grow — not just capable of the work, but energized by it. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team and build a caseload that includes both individual clients and couples. We provide marketing support and referral sources to help you grow a thriving practice.
What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy to both individual clients and couples across a range of presenting concerns
- Deliver LGBTQ-affirming, culturally competent care
- Use evidence-based modalities suited to your training and your clients’ needs
- Collaborate with a supportive, growth-oriented team
- Build your caseload with marketing and referral support from the practice
- Maintain documentation in SimplePractice EHR
What We’re Looking For
✓ Required
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LP, or provisional equivalents – LSW, LPC, etc.)
- Experience working with both individual clients and couples
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Comfort and demonstrated experience delivering LGBTQ+-affirming care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
★ Preferred
- Fully licensed (vs. provisionally licensed)
- Training in evidence-based modalities (e.g. CBT, DBT, EMDR)
- Experience serving Chicago’s North Side communities
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $50–65/hour
