I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Professional Coach. I bring a diverse range of therapeutic and motivational approaches into my practice, with a strong emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). My goal is to support my clients in effectively managing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and navigating various life transitions and stressors. Over the years, I have also dedicated significant time to helping individuals achieve their career development goals and attain greater success in their professional lives.

With my extensive experience working in various settings throughout my career, both as a clinician and a clinical supervisor, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge in numerous areas.

I received my graduate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.
