During our sessions, you can expect a comfortable and safe space where you can openly express yourself, with trust, honesty, and the freedom to discuss your struggles, while receiving guidance and tools to support you.

Together, we will collaborate on building a plan for the change you desire, using a strength-based and evidence-based approach. I view obstacles through a systemic lens, recognizing their interconnectedness instead of isolating them.

Additionally, I shed light on the relationship between your conscious patterns, thoughts, and emotions. By gaining insight into these connections, we can foster positive changes in your actions.

In each session, I employ understanding, insight, direct feedback, and action plans. My objective is to work alongside you in processing your concerns, developing a deep understanding of them, and executing a collaborative plan in a supportive environment to help you achieve your goals.

I am a licensed professional counselor and received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University and am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Specialist and am trained in EMDR.
