I received my MBA from DeVry University and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Adler School for Professional Psychology. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including non-profits, corporate organizations and higher education.

I’ve been featured as a mental health specialist in popular news outlets such as The Wall Street JournalThe Chicago Tribune, and NPR. Additionally, I’ve provided health consultations to schools and companies in the United States and around the globe. Examples include New York, California, Sweden and Canada.
