"Lasting change is possible"

Therapy is personal journey that celebrates each aspect of your unique self. I would like to part of your experience.

Are you feeling stressed out from your job? Do you feel stuck in a relationship? Not sure how to move forward after a major life change? If so, I would like to help.

Using a mix of counseling and coaching, I help people just like you figure out new ways of thinking and coping.

Specialties:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Career challenges

  • LGBTQ and queer
  • Relationships
  • Men’s issues
  • College students
  • Self-esteem and confidence

I work with a wide variety of clients but am particularly interested in helping individuals with identity issues, self-esteem problems or have found themselves “stuck”. Examples include work, dating or relationships. Working collaboratively, I want to help you develop new ways of thinking so that “stuck” becomes a thing of the past and “change” becomes a reality.

I lean into various forms of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and some coaching models. I celebrate each person’s unique cultural and sexual identity and value diversity.

Using a strength-based approach, I encourage my clients to look inward to identify what they already possess. In turn, these strengths are used as platforms for personal transformation. Guided meditation and mindfulness are just some of the tools I use as part of the process.

I possess a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and am a certified life coach. If anxiety and depression have become part of your life, let’s talk about a plan for change.
